They provide a comprehensive list of local & National support services for survivors of child abuse, rape and sexual assault. - IDAS: IDAS is a charity that provides comprehensive support services to all those in York & North Yorkshire experiencing or affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Our services include refuge accommodation, outreach support and access to a free, confidential helpline. They employ a team of accredited specialist workers to support people who need support through the criminal justice system.They provide support to male victims of abuse as well as women and in some areas we are able to provide support to children and young people who are living in the community.
