This is a blog post I wrote for #TraumaNotPD because Iwas thinking about how my sexual abuse affected me. Not by the obvious direct nature of PTSD caused by the abuse, instead by how others diminish or denigrate the abuse. As a result a conversation resulted on the use of the word ‘alleged’ in terms of sexual assault, abuse, or rape. you can read it here, I hope you do!!
